Phoenix Insurance Brokers Pty Ltd (Phoenix) AFSL 229847 is a locally owned, operated and licensed General Insurance Brokerage firm that was originally formed on 12 September 1989 as part of the Supalife Group.
The founder, Mr Glenn Walker, is still involved with the company as its managing director and is actively involved in the day-to-day operations of the company.
The foundations of Phoenix were built on providing quality service and advice to its client base and that philosophy is still strongly maintained and protected today. All staff are trained to understand and answer clients needs as well as being encouraged to become technically proficient in all aspects of insurance broking and insurance in general. The combined directors and staff of Phoenix have over 350 years of experience in the Insurance Industry, which covers all areas of underwriting as well as insurance broking. They have established relations with the majority of Australian based general insurance groups to ensure all of their client's options are covered.
Phoenix is part of the Steadfast Group and is committed to the philosophies of the group. Members of Phoenix keep in contact with the state committee of Steadfast and regularly attend all meetings and discussion groups either locally or elsewhere.
The group's main office is located in South Perth just minutes from the Perth CBD allowing easy access to the business district when required. The Busselton office caters to the developing and expanding southwest region and is strategically placed to meet the growing demands in the region.
Phoenix Insurance Brokers have taken a full interest in Rockingham Insurance Brokers adding to our regional operation. Our Rockingham branch maintains its connection with the area by operating under its regional name.
In addition, we now have a permanently manned office in Broome to cater for the north-west of the state and to service our companies growing client base in that area.
In addition, Phoenix is continually seeking other like-minded financial service groups to allow a full financial package to be offered and thus protect the expanding client base of the group. This may involve organisations with leasing, banking and financial planning related products enabling a client's total financial package to be handled by the one group.
Phoenix is a community minded company and provides sponsorship to local community and sporting groups as well as participating in other forms of sponsorship. The directors of Phoenix completed the arduous trek along the Kokoda Trail to raise funds for Teen Challenge.
We are an active member of "Intework", an organisation that assists in the placement of persons with mild disabilities.
Phoenix is well staffed in all offices and it is our intention to maintain staff levels commensurate with our activities and improved technology.
Phoenix has well documented processes and procedures that provide a level of certainty in their delivery of services.
