Phoenix Broome Supports the Kyle Andrews Walk

Latest news

For the second year in a row, Phoenix's Broome office has exhibited at Kyle's Cable Beach Walk, one of the events run by the Kyle Andrews Foundation which supports children with serious illnesses to help them feel better.

Each year since 2009, over 1000 people from across WA walk 5kms from Gantheaume Point to Cable Beach in memory of Kyle Andrews, a Broome boy who lost his life to cancer at 11 years of age. After his death, the Kyle Andrews Foundation was established.

Thanks to the generosity of local Broome businesses and the community, the walk has grown significantly over the last few years. At the end of the 5kms, there's a Mini Expo at the Cable Beach Amphitheater where a range of local Broome businesses display their products and services while kids can enjoy fun activities and a sausage sizzle.

Phoenix Broome was one of these businesses and was delighted to support the Foundation and the walk again this year.
