David has over 35 years of insurance experience, all as an Insurance Broker. Over his career, David has established a reputation for dedicated client focus, attention to detail and innovative insurance placement solutions.

Joining Phoenix in 2015 David brought significant international and local broker management experience to the Phoenix team and was appointed Managing Director in 2018. David is an owner of Phoenix Insurance Broker and provides a unique blend of leadership, insurance and general business skills along with the strong belief in teamwork and family that drives Phoenix forward.

Shelley has over 20 years insurance experience specialising in insurance placement and client management. Shelley joined Phoenix in January 2018 as a Senior Broker and is now both a Director and owner of Phoenix Insurance Brokers.

Shelley is an award-winning and highly skilled insurance broker that provides a superior level of client service whilst maintaining strong relationships with Insurers, Assessors and Lawyers for the benefit of her clients.

Kylie has over 25 years’ experience in the Insurance Industry, starting her career straight from high school. Kylie joined Phoenix in 1996 as a receptionist and since then has worked her way from the reception desk to the respected Senior Broker that she is today.

A Rockingham local, Kylie has spent many years supporting clients in the Rockingham / Kwinana / Baldivis and Port Kennedy areas but also has clients throughout Western Australia.

Ruth joined the Phoenix team in 2020 and has over 17 years of insurance experience.

Ruth started her insurance career as a motor vehicle insurance underwriter and quickly moved to Insurance Broking looking after Landlord, Professional Indemnity and Office Insurance placements for Real Estate clients. Over the years Ruth has created a niche career supporting the Real Estate industry with the past 10 + years looking after Real Estate Institute of WA (REIWA) members and is a highly regarded industry specialist.
