Who Is R Tozer Consulting?
Founded in 2016 by Ross Tozer, RTC was created to address the lack of high-level specialist advisory services in the workers’ compensation sector.
Ross brings:
- Over 50 years of experience across underwriting, brokerage, and risk management
- Strong, long-standing relationships with WA insurers and national workers’ compensation providers
- Deep strategic insight into claims prevention, early intervention, and portfolio design
Supporting Ross is Kylie Grida, a Workers’ Compensation Claims Consultant with more than 15 years’ experience. Kylie has managed complex claims portfolios, attended medical and legal reviews, and delivered training programs for one of Australia’s major insurers. Her hands-on, proactive approach has earned her multiple awards for customer service and claims cost reductions.
Together, Ross and Kylie form one of the most experienced and capable workers’ compensation consulting teams in Australia.
